How billing works
Spark Packs are one-time purchases processed securely by Stripe. A signed-in account is required before checkout so purchased Sparks can be credited to the right wallet.
Each Spark Pack includes free Toy Awakenings. When those are used, bringing a new toy to life spends Sparks from the same wallet.
Sparks are prepaid credits with no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law. If a creation fails for a technical reason, those Sparks are returned to your wallet automatically. See the Terms of Service for the full billing details.
- What is a Toy Awakening?
- It is the first step that turns a toy photo into a ToyAlive character. Packs include free awakenings before the wallet spends Sparks on new toys.
- Are Spark Packs subscriptions?
- No. Spark Packs are one-time purchases that add Sparks and included Toy Awakenings to the signed-in account.
- Can I buy without signing in?
- No. Checkout needs a signed-in account so ToyAlive can credit the right wallet and show the purchase in billing.
- Who handles payment details?
- Stripe processes checkout and card payment details. ToyAlive keeps purchase and wallet records needed to operate Spark Packs.
- Can I get a refund?
- Sparks are prepaid and non-refundable except where required by law. If a creation fails for a technical reason, the Sparks for that attempt are returned automatically — and you can always email billing support if something still looks wrong.
